When night consumes day

Watipaso
Rain hides my lonely face
As silent tears fall in place
Dreams have crumbled into dust
Broken hopes betrayed my trust

Shadows whisper in the night
Echoes hunt me out of sight
Alone I walk, no hand to hold
The air feels heavy, dark and cold
The moon above refuse to shine
The stars forget they were once mine

In this freezing hot world
I try to speak but lose my sound
While the world keeps turning around
I reach the for light that fades away
And nights consume the fragile day
