M. L. Wren .
We met eyes in the park, and you saw my sadness.
You consoled me by tying a balloon on my wrist.
You made me forget that in my head was a mess,
And you diluted my routine, made my life blissed.

We're often together, and I felt never before
So airily and inspired, as if I would soar.
That balloon lifted me above the ground,
Binding tighter and tighter around my arm.

Time passed, and ribbon rose higher and higher
And our love, became tough and rough for us.
Then ribbon tied my neck, reflecting how dire
Your nature is, and that kindness is just a disguise.

When I became able to go on with my life,
Cut the ribbon and started heal leftover scar,
Saw you tying balloon on girl's wrist, saw your sight,
Realized that I cry, 'cause my mind by you marred.
