Delaying gratification

ILLLII I
If you can see without, you can be without it.
If you can breathe without it, you can live without it.
And you can live without it, you can be without it
And if you can be without it, you can become free without it

I think so deep that I get weak-in-the-knees
Till the point where I cannot freakin’ sleep in the trees
Government spread disease overseas from Africa to Belize
Drugs gets pushed and the consciousness riding the sleep

Why does the evilest music sound the best?
Why do the most disgusting things feel the best?
Why do the most positive things end in mess?
And so negativity gets rewarded the best

Delay Gratification is so hard to do
But Delaying Gratification is possible to do
In fact, Delaying Gratification builds up the crew
Delaying Gratification makes you proud of what you accrue
