Acrostic: SUMMER

First Verse
Sprinklers going at the wrong hour again.
Under the porch, a dog who has made a decision.
Melting asphalt smell that means childhood.
Mosquito, singular, in a dark room, immortal.
Evening arriving late and staying late, like a guest.
Radio through a window from a car that is not moving.
