Advice for the Newly Brave

First Verse
Do not wait for the fear to leave the room.
It lives here. It pays rent. It has a chair.

Begin with the fear watching.
Begin badly. Begin at the wrong hour.
Begin with the sleeves rolled up on the wrong arms.

The trick is not the absence of the shaking.
The trick is signing your name while it shakes
and finding the signature still yours.

Signing your name while it shakes. Saving this one.

Needed this today. Genuinely.
